We have several examples where we have helped our clients find their ideal relocation.

The needs of companies looking for a new site are often very different. Some of the factors are:

money – capital versus revenue, how much, availability of grants, tax breaks etc.
size requirements now and predicted for the future
availability of key employees
accessibility for employees, visitors, raw materials and final product distribution
proximity to others – similar businesses or competitors
environmental
planning regulations.

During the selection process, we can also apply some of our masterplanning and design tools to show our clients how their aspirations may be realised on one or more sites. This gives another dimension to the selection process in providing a complete study upon which sound decisions may be made.
