Front end design services

It is generally agreed that the early stages of any investment are the most important in ensuring that:

there is a sound business reason for the investment
what it should be and what it should contribute is specified
agreement is obtained from management, staff, regulatory bodies and any others who may be affected.

Our clients use different terminology to describe the different stages. These terms include concept studies, feasibility studies, front end design, front end study, scheme design, basis of design, front end loading and front end engineering design (FEED).

We normally view this early part in three stages but we are flexible to incorporate whatever stages and deliverables our clients require:

Feasibility studies
Concept studies
Front end studies.
