Feasibility studies

Whatever the problem or business opportunity, we can bring our experience to help assess the best ways to address them.

Many of our people come from companies similar to those of our clients; they understand their business drivers and the environments in which they work and are up-to-date with best practice. In addition, we have several tools, including simulations and cost of goods analysis, at our disposal to assist in the process.

The content of the study will vary enormously depending on the subject matter, but it will aim to test viability:

commercially
economically
technically
environmentally
socio-economically.

It will also:

assess resource availability
evaluate risk
assess budget investment costs (±30%)
include a cost benefit analysis.
