  • Design, construction management and installation of a new tank floor for an existing 2500m3 diesel storage tank

  • Tank cleaning, thickness testing and calibration
  • Associated tank modifications
  • Certifications required:
    • Material test certificates
    • Weld procedure qualification
    • Welder qualification
    • Spark test on HDPE liner
    • MPI welds at tank wall
    • MPI welds on tank sump
    • Vacuum test floor welds
    • All NDE to conform to API 653 Section 10
    • Hydro test tank to 10m head
    • Tank calibration
