In many cases, machines are used which fall far short of optimum performance, resulting in significant cost and timescale penalties. These can include:
- the need for new processing parameters and technology to be developed
- the occurrence of high scrap levels and inefficient usage of raw materials
- the need for provision of ancillary equipment and systems to ensure safe and effective operation of the process
- developments of standard plant and machinery becoming available to your competitors.
Our work is carried out in complete confidence and ranges from the development of conceptual designs and pilot scale equipment through refurbishment and improvement of existing facilities to the provision of new, fully integrated production lines. These designs are innovative and practical.
