China Office: Dave Moore

Dave is responsible for the CEL International China Office as Director of our 100% owned Chinese subsidiary company CEL International (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. His task is to continue the growth of our operations in China by providing you with a service that exceeds your regional expectations.

He has over sixteen years’ experience working overseas in the Middle East, Far East and Africa and his career has encompassed mechanical engineering, project management and business/regional office management up to board level.

Dave is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with over 35 years’ experience in the provision of project services to process industries, including fine chemicals, food, consumer products and pharmaceuticals.
