Who are we?

We are a medium-sized company offering premier quality consultancy, design, engineering, procurement, construction/project management and validation services principally to the process and manufacturing industries and other customers whose facilities include technical complexity.

Now a member of WSP Group, following the acquisition in November 2007, CEL International is particularly focused on developing the overall group position with such industrial clients.

Our Executive Team believes that integrated teamwork is the key to our success, and our company vision reflects this.

Our traditional involvement is in the investment phase of our clients’ capital assets. We also have expertise in the pre-investment and operational phases where we are regularly helping to find solutions to increase production efficiency, and to address health and safety, regulatory and other issues.

These services are tailored to clients’ individual requirements and may be provided in a wide range of forms from consultancy to full EPCM delivery and term contracts.

The company is owned by its management which results in:

work on approximately £250M capital value of projects per year

work worldwide for a range of companies from ‘start-ups’ to major multinationals.
