CEL’s Three Year Vision is:

to deliver organic growth of between 10% and 15% per annum
to grow the consultancy business organically and through acquisition to greater than 20% of the company turnover
to grow the regional offices organically and through acquisition to greater than 20% of the company turnover
to achieve a market capitalisation of between £20M and £30M for the CEL Group.
