We are accredited to ISO 9001:2000 and we review our systems continuously to bring improvements to the way we operate and the value we deliver. We base our high level of delivery on:
- individually tailoring project systems to suit specific client requirements
- regularly auditing systems both internally and externally
- emphasising the policy of ‘right first time’
- encouraging regular feedback from clients and suppliers.
Design procedures
Working behind our procedures, we have a series of operating procedures, standards, guidance notes, codes of practice and manuals. These cover all design, management and support disciplines.
We have developed and updated them over many years and they capture best practice within the industry as well our own valuable practical experience.
Other systems and procedures
Our system contains the following elements:
- Quality Policy Statement
- quality assurance manual
- quality assurance procedures
- departmental and project-specific procedures.
These are administered by a full time Quality Assurance Manager who works closely with individual project teams to ensure that:
- client requirements are fully understood and met
- a fully documented Quality Plan is produced to the client requirements
- these requirements are fully adhered to throughout the project.
