Ireland Office

“A refreshing change to process engineering and project service delivery in Ireland.”

Following the acquisition in 2006 of IPDC Ltd (Integrated Process Design Consultants), CEL International has further expanded its operations in Ireland. Cork-based IPDC, a partner of CEL for a number of years, supplements the existing CEL team in Ireland to create a staff of 30 professionals. This team is anticipated to grow to 60 as the organisation expands its market position.

The combined operation provides a focused project management, engineering and design service, equivalent to that delivered by CEL in the UK, where they are headquartered, and recognised as ‘Best In Class’ by the ECI (European Construction Institute).

This service is strengthened by CEL’s environmental consultancy, E&RS, providing a full range of expertise from technical and regulatory support to investment planning, through IPPC to land remediation services at the end of an asset’s lifecycle.

We prefer to support our clients in an integrated manner, building trust in a pragmatic, open and honest way, whilst taking full responsibility for our assignments. We apply best value solutions in all we do, utilising the strengths and benefits of the entire supply chain where opportunities present themselves.

Our team has a strong foundation of process engineering expertise obtained from within Blue Chip process based manufacturing organisations allowing us to excel at innovating and then implementing technical solutions for our customers that provide identifiable bottom-line benefits.

Our service portfolio includes:

High Value Added services

Project engineering and management

Project realisation

Our project services range from small consultancy advice through to full EPCMV on projects typically up to €50M capital value.

Our Irish office in Cork provides a team able to undertake single responsibility for project or consultancy assignments within:

Our aim is to enable our clients to do what they do best, adding value for their principal stakeholders by developing and delivering quality manufacturing and research facilities for today and the future, trusting us to consistently deliver incremental improvement to the highest possible standards.
