ACTIVE

ECI ACTIVE (Achieving Competitiveness Through Innovation and Value Enhancement) is a European Construction Institute initiative to which most engineering companies are affiliated. It seeks to improve the overall performance of engineering projects through working collaboratively with the whole project supply chain, sharing risks and responsibilities, communicating openly, and focusing on key performance indicators. Using this framework ensures that the project is delivered successfully for the sponsoring organisation and also those involved in the delivery.

We have adopted the ACTIVE principles and they represent our preferred way of working with our clients. We have been a participating stakeholder since its inception and have built our project delivery methods and procedures around the ACTIVE principles.
