In order to achieve this:
- appraisals are carried out on a regular basis. These appraisals are linked to a structured training plan for each individual
- a succession plan is implemented, regularly reviewed and updated. All job vacancies are initially advertised internally before any external recruitment takes place
- training is provided to ensure individuals are up to date developing and being in a position to offer optimum benefits to our clients
- we operate a policy of equal opportunity and race relations.
We also firmly believe in recruiting graduates and have established links with several universities which enable us to offer vacation training experience. In addition to this we provide accredited graduate training programmes for:
- process engineers
- mechanical engineers
- electrical engineers
- instrumentation and control engineers.
A similar scheme is in operation for Computer Aided Designers.
All this enables us to maintain a low turnover of staff with several key members of staff having joined the company at technician level, as well as a dynamic team to support our clients.
